You’re probably missing out on 90% of the opportunities to grow and nurture your network on LinkedIn

After I shared that I crossed 29,114 connections and followers on LinkedIn, I got a few questions on how one can grow their network fast and effectively. In today’s fast-paced digital world, the potential for network growth on platforms like LinkedIn is vast, yet often overlooked. The ‘Organic Ninja Connection‘ strategy draws inspiration from the stealth and precision of ninja techniques, emphasising the importance of recognising and seizing hidden opportunities that often elude the average user’s radar.

Just as a ninja operates in the shadows, adept at exploiting openings and uncovering secrets, this method highlights how individuals frequently miss out on a staggering 90% of networking opportunities. By adopting the mindset of an organic ninja, users can navigate the LinkedIn landscape with agility and finesse, ensuring that no opportunity for adding that new connection goes unnoticed or untapped.

So presenting to you, my ‘Organic Ninja Connection’ strategy to skyrocket your connections on LinkedIn

Important note: By the way, before I begin, make sure you have already switched on your creator account in your settings if you haven’t already

🥷🏼 1. When anyone follows you,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 2. When someone in your 2nd or 3rd connection likes your post
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 3. When someone sends you an InMail,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 4. When someone in your end or 3rd connection comments on your post
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 5. When someone views your profile (free accounts can see last 5 viewers),
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 6. When you interact with someone’s (in 2nd or 3rd degree connection) content and they reply,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 7. When someone endorses your skills without you asking them to,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 8. When someone reposts your posts without you asking them to,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 9. When someone interacts with your post in a common group,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and invite them to connect

🥷🏼 10. When someone invites you into their network,
it’s an opportunity to thank them and get the conversation started

We have all these opportunities to build a deeper connection with the people in our network.

All we have to do is respond graciously to them by taking action. It only takes 10 extra seconds to reach out and appreciate people for the small things. But most people miss this, and that’s why I call it my organic ninja connection technique haha.

Let’s grow our network by being more intentional in our interactions!
