These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website millennialminds.sg and the services provided by Millennial Minds Pte Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Singapore. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Millennial Minds provides LinkedIn personal branding, LinkedIn marketing, content creation, and lead generation services as described on our Services page. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to you prior to commencement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
• Grant timely access to your LinkedIn account or other platforms as required.
• Review and approve content, strategies, and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that any materials you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are as quoted on our website or in your individual service agreement.
• All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the relevant pricing page or proposal.
• Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, are specified in your service agreement.
• Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
• We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools used in service delivery remain the intellectual property of Millennial Minds Pte Ltd.
• Client IP: You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and original materials provided to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the content and materials we create for you in connection with the agreed services. We retain the right to showcase anonymised results as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our services involve strategy, content creation, and marketing activities. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including follower counts, engagement rates, lead volumes, or revenue figures.
• To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Millennial Minds Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
• We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment.
• Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and tools (e.g., Calendly, LinkedIn). We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

11. Disclaimers

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
